Wade Deckard

Oliver Stone, the most controversial and political filmmaker probably working today does it again, this time taking it to the NSA and CIA. While not his best film, Snowden is not his worst either and probably his best in the last ten to fifteen years. Stone seems to lose the balance between making an informative film about Edward Snowden’s public disclosures and the human story behind his life. I would recommend seeing Citezenfour and then choosing another Oliver Stone film to rent.
